A little bit about us...

Established in 2008, Coll's catering has maintained the sole focus of creating a unique business model which supports employment for new Australians, people with disabilities and other barriers to employment while also welcoming older volunteers from the local community to assist in providing quality catering at realistic prices.

Coll's Catering started out as a small catering business working from home, then in February 2009 expanded to the Greenslopes Bowls Club serving meals to the local bowlers, while growing the corporate catering and corporate contract arms of the business. In November 2010 Coll's Catering relocated to its own premises in Robertson Street, Fortitude Valley.

Recently, a wholesale arm of the business has been set up and we now supply catering to Brisbane City Council, BUPA, Brisbane Racing Club, Stellarossa, YMCA and Australian Red Cross to name a few.

Part of our mandate is to offer employment opportunities to not just those in the catering industry but to also provide an ideal training ground where people with barriers can be given a chance to have a fresh start, learn new skills and feel like they are part of the team. Volunteers from the Community are also involved by sharing their knowledge and recipes... have you tried our scones?

Only the freshest of ingredients, which include roasting the beef and chicken breast fillets sourced from reputable local suppliers are used in producing the quality catering for our famous sandwiches which we serve. We make all our own fillings; this ensures that you, our customer, is getting quality every time. With over 90% of what we sell being baked, cooked or made right here in our kitchen, we know that our products are a stand out.
